Anthony Dream Johnson, the founder of the ‘Make Women Great Again’ conference, told ITV Good Morning Britain he gets paid thousands of dollars to “mansplain” to women how to be better. He claimed “women love mansplaining” and called for the abolition of feminism which he branded “sexist man-hating bigotry”. But the American guest clashed with ITV host Susanna Reid who confronted him on his philosophy.
She asked: “Tell me what you’d mansplain to me. I’m quite an expert of being mansplained.
“So tell me what you’d teach me.”
Mr Johnson replied: “I’m trying to mansplain, I think women love mansplaining, it’s a great thing.
“Women are paying me a thousand dollars a day to mansplain.”
Asked about his speech at the upcoming mansplaining convention, he added: “My speech at the convention is going to be on motherhood first.
“I believe that feminism presents a choice to women between a career and motherhood.
“It’s a fake choice, it’s not real. Pushing an agenda behind it to push women to delay motherhood.
“And I think most women, not all, but most women would put motherhood first.”
But the ITV host insisted: “I am a feminist, I wasn’t bothered by anybody.
“I had as many children as I wanted and I had a career.
“Are you telling me that was wrong?”
At this point, Mr Johnson shocked the ITV host as he said: “I think feminism has collapsed into rapid sexist man-hating bigotry and female supremacy.”
Susanna Reid blasted: “I don’t hate any man!”
