The actress shot to fame as the stunning Sarah Beaumont on the Australian soap back in 1996.
The British-born bombshell got used to turning heads on the show as Karl’s (played by Alan Fletcher) secretary at his surgery.
Sarah went on to cause trouble in his marriage when the pair embarked on a sordid affair behind Susan Kennedy’s (Jackie Woodbury) back.
Nicola departed Neighbours in 1999 when Sarah moved to Germany for cutting edge cancer treatment, but returned in 2013 and again two years ago.
Nowadays, she regularly shows off her age-defying looks on social media and recently revealed she had also lost an impressive 30lbs.
Last week, she paraded her newly slimmer curves in a chic black frock for her 20,000 Instagram followers.
Posing in the mirror, she could be seen accentuating her slender waist with a statement belt as she flaunted her youthful visage.
Nicola added subtle smokey eye make-up and a slick of lipstick to plump her pout, wearing her dark locks in a loose straight style with an edgy fringe.
Her fans went wild for the smouldering snap, with one gushing: “I’m gobsmacked. Stunning from one day to the next! Don’t stop being you.
“You’re truly beautiful,” another praised, while a third added: “Miss you in @neigbbours babe please come back as Mark’s new love interest.”
Nicola quickly replied: “I’m ready to bring Sarah back anytime they are.”
In the late 90s, the now mother-of-three was voted the second sexiest woman in the world by FHM.
In a series of seriously racy throwback snaps, she could be seen flashing her knickers as she spread her legs provocatively in a tiny white miniskirt.
She paired the revealing garment with knee-high boots and a white bikini top, which let her assets take centre-stage.
One snap showed her sitting on a bean bag whilst seductively licking an ice lolly.
In a recent interview with Daily Mail Australia, Nicola spoke out about her weight loss, saying: “I’ve got myself in a really great place in life.
“I’ve lost about 30 pounds in weight which I’ve wanted to do for a long time. I’m running again and just feeling good about life.”
She went on to hint at the possibility of reprising her role as Sarah once again, revealing she was in talks with Neighbours’ executive producer Jason Herbison.
“I’ve had a conversation with Jason and I’m going to meet him for coffee to discuss what’s happening,” she spilled.
“I think it would be marvellous, I’d love to go back.”
