Rep. Tulsi Gabbard announces 2020 presidential run against Trump

Democrat Tulsi Gabbard announced on Friday that she would run for president in 2020, entering what is expected to be a crowded field of liberal contenders.

“I have decided to run and will be making a formal announcement within the next week,” the Hawaii congresswoman said on CNN in an interview that’s slated to air tonight on “The Van Jones Show.”

Gabbard, who was elected to Congress in 2012, was the first Samoan-American and the first Hindu member of Congress. An Iraq veteran, Gabbard, 37, serves on the House Armed Services Committee and House Foreign Affairs Committee.

I want a President who can direct national security and a strong capitalist economy. A President who can't be bribed and can't be intimidated. A President who is good, honest, and wise.
I want a President who will appoint Supreme Court justices that are prolife, pro religious freedom, and anti-sharia.
Does Tulsi Gabbard fit the bill? You guys tell me.

Cake and eat it too. Why do intelligent people like this person use not one but two crutches….first samoan and first hindu. The mendacity.

The blatant hypocrisy regarding war crimes is laughable! What a twisted mindset that the media tries to feed. But let me tell you ‘USA Today’ and rest of the propaganda wing of the government- We see through your BS!
You are lucky to have someone so principled running for your country! Hope she gets a fair shot and not cheated by the corrupt system of election rigging that you and rest of MSM will never cover.
