Adele Roberts weight loss: I’m A Celeb star cut sugar from diet plan to slim


Adele Roberts is well known as a radio presenter after finding fame on Big Brother. She is currently one of the 12 celebrities taking part in series 19 of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! on ITV. How did she lose two stone?

Did she follow a diet plan?

Adele lost most of the weight by focusing on what she ate and changing her diet.

Her biggest change came by ditching sweet treats and cutting sugar out altogether.

By doing this, she noticed the weight fall off and she shed an impressive two stone in just one year.

The I’m A Celeb star swapped sugary chocolate for protein bars and replaced white bread with a healthier sourdough option.

After slimming down, Adele opened up about her journey on her YouTube channel.

She said: “That’s all Adele used to do. Eat cake every day. I was on the sugar slide to hell.”

In a post on Instagram, told viewers they could shape up by avoiding fast food and exercising for just seven minutes a day.

The dieter then went on to do a bodybuilding documentary after her weight loss was spotted by producers.

Adele is also a fan of cardio exercise and shares posts of her working out on social media.

She recently used Instagram to share pictures of her running a 10k race for charity.
