“I always find it beneficial working out first thing in the morning and then I feel set, ready and energised for the day,” she continued.
“I work out then have a nutritious breakfast using one of the recipes from my Lifesum app.”
The A Place In The Sun presenter added she will fuel her workouts with healthy meals.
With two young children at home, she said she will often get them involved in her workouts and healthy cooking.
“I think it’s important for your children to have a healthy lifestyle so I try and make sure they keep as active as I do,” she explained.
“I involve them in my workouts and get them to help me with the cooking! It’s a juggle but I wouldn’t change it for the world.”
